Reno Fastpitch Champions!

For the past 4 weeks I and the rest of my teammates have been working our butts off for 3 hours a night, 4 nights a week. Our first tournament was this weekend and it all paid off. We played 6 games this weekend and came out champions. Our first game was against Reno and we spanked 'em following with Stealth who we also beat. The next day we played Reno again and lost horribly but we made up for it 20 minutes later when we totally creamed Stealth and kicked them out of the tournament. The second to last game was against Reno AGAIN. It was a really close game. Each innning they tied up with us. It was neck and neck the whole way when after 7 full innings, we went into an international Tie-Breaker. It was INTENSE! We were Visitor so we had first ups and thankfully Jessica hit McKenzie home on the 2nd pitch. The whole thing was just amazing. After we won that game, we had to play them again for the championship. We came out and rocked it the whole way. Our team played soooo good. 3 up 3 down almost every innning. We were all pumped from winning the game before so that gave us a HUGE advantage. Plus we are fricken awesome. Each girl played a big role in the win and the coaches pulled us through the whole way.

Johnny: Thank you so much for keeping our spirits up with all your lame jokes and keeping us active. That helped a lot come game time. And thanks for teaching me all I know about playing center and giving me tips on hitting.

Lee: Thanks for keeping McKenzie warm. She pitched awesome. Also thank you for running with us all those times and you did a great job coaching 1st and 3rd.

B-Rad: Riding in your motor home was way fun. Thanks for the ice=cream too. Oh and thak you for flipping us home team when we needed it!

Jessica: Way to keep us in line! I give you props. Oh and thank you for teaching me and Jordyn what DFDF meant.

McKenzie: You pitched really good! I was so proud of you! You brought us through every game. Thanks for stiking out like 5 girls. Awesome job!

Kindra: Same goes for you. You pitched Fricken awesome and I was really happy for you. Thanks for not walkin anyone and really keeping us alive.

Karen: You did so good at 2nd. Every play you made was perfect and thank you for making me laugh so much, and letting me lay on your belly.

Kaitlynn: Thanks for giving me something to laugh at. You really made my day that much better. And you did a good job at first during that first game on Sunday.

Jessica: Wow! You hit soooo good. Thanks for bringing Kenzie home and winning the game for us! And I can't beleive you caught 6 games straight! Way to not pass out!

Jor: You made some really great plays at short. Thank you for never giving up and layin down some sweet slaps! Good job, I'm way proud of you.

QUINN! You played the BEST out of everyone. You were AMAZING at 3rd! The plays you made were fantastic! FRICKEN AWESOME JOB! God, and you hit like uh, Babe Ruth. That triple was so good! And you ran so fast you Flying Chineese Coyote Shark you!

Kayla: Good effort this weekend. I know we didn't get that many plays in the outfield but ohwell.

Danaya: Great job at first. I kn0ow nothing will get passed you. Way to go!
